JAM.Web continues to grow...

JAM Web Services, a leading software development company, is celebrating a remarkable period of success and growth as it proudly announces more clients joining our system and expansion of our team in recent months. This surge in client partnerships showcases JAM Web's unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional services and solidifies its position as a trusted industry leader in the systems for management of medical education, schools and more.

With Mildura Hospital now also running h.Prime 3 and about to commence trials next year of the new EPA framework, combined with many clients upgrading before January/February intakes commence it is little wonder JAM.Web Services has been named one of Microsoft’s top growing partners in the Asia-Pacific region. Expansion of both our .Prime and .Learn systems with new private and international schools, hospitals and universities implementing our systems the workload continues to expand.

In response to the surge in new clients, JAM Web Services is expanding its team of talented professionals across various countries and departments, support, development, operations, sales, and leadership. The company's recruitment efforts are focused on hiring individuals who possess a passion for excellence, a customer-centric mindset, and a dedication to driving results.

JAM Web has successfully built a reputation for delivering tangible results and exceeding client expectations. To this end our Support team in Australia has grown and we are now increasing our Australian based support hours to cover 8am to 5pm east to west coast commencing 1st January 2024 with afterhours support out of our other offices. This represents a substantial commitment by JAM.Web. In addition to our expanding support services our Business Development team now has a new full time Head to continue the growth both in Australia and overseas as we welcome Cameron Orth to the management team.

With JAM Web Services announcing also that while disappointed to not be the e-Portfolio provider the h.Prime system has state of the art integration and is poised to integrate with the e-Portfolio system from the Australian Medical Council (expected to launch in 2025), this will drive all PGY trainee hospital systems to an electronic format and h.Prime will provide a trusted, safe, and most importantly customised local platform that will automate the reporting process and simplify administration for hospitals in both PGY and WBA programs.
